Returns, refunds, policies
Whether you are buying a playhouse for the kids or a hanger for your door, we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the very unlikely event that this doesn't happen, after eating our hat, here's what we'll do to make it up to you:
Playhouses that require delivery and assembly will be allocated the next available date in the calender. A date will only be secured upon confirmed receipt of payment and we cannot hold a delivery date open without payment being received; it's just not fair on other customers so we work on a strict 'payment received, date guaranteed' basis....
Should unforeseen circumstances dictate that you can no longer commit to the purchase, we will refund monies received less the cost of any materials used or purchased for that particular item. We're not unreasonable, so any materials purchased that can be re-used will not be charged. Houses are custom built, and exchanges cannot be accommodated. Where a change of mind on delivery does happen, we will refund the trade cost of materials that we can reuse and any plastic accessories ordered - capped at 50% of the value of the order.
Purchases from Bramble Rose will be given a full refund (less postage) on our receipt of the offending item back. Refunds will be made by the same means as the payment was received. For commissioned items that are cancelled, refund of deposit received (less the cost of any materials used or purchased for that item) will be made as above. Exchanges can be negotiated within reason and price differences will be charged.

Bramble Wood Products reserves the right to refuse commissions and sales where a deposit cannot be made and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
