The Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is being felt right across every aspect of society.
We know that being quarantined at home with the kids during these new restrictions, implemented by An Taoiseach on Friday 27th March, is difficult and we are doing everything in our power to honour sales and deliver playhouses in a timely manner whilst also adhering to Government and Health Authority guidelines. Like most small businesses, we are at the mercy of our suppliers and their ability to trade.
To this end, we have bulk purchased materials for all packages deposited and confirmed.
How does this impact you, the customer?
We will not be taking any new orders during the month of April, as we are currently booked to early July for deliveries.
Materials to build your package have been purchased using the deposited funds. Should you wish to opt out due to waiting times, now is your chance. From Tuesday, we will not be in a position to offer full refunds.
Following discussions with An Garda Siochana, deliveries will be going ahead as planned, under the following strict guidelines:
NO CASH will change hands and your balance due will need to be paid by bank transfer (just like the deposit) the working day before delivery to ensure that it is received.
NO CONTACT with the fitting team, please forward a picture of your garden to Cheryl highlighting where we are to put the playhouse and stay indoors on the day.
If there is to be a delay in delivery date due to current restrictions, we apologies in advance. We are doing our best and will fulfil every order in place and deposited.
